The data relating to your identification (data (1)) are collected and archived in the legitimate interest of the Law Firm which will preserve them for the purposes of prospection, animation, management of the customer or prospect relationship, invitation to events it organizes, sending legal information and / or relating to the life of the Law Firm.

These data are intended for the exclusive use of the members of the Law Firm and are not the subject of any transfer outside France; they are essential for us to contact you.

For archiving and prospecting purposes, these data are transmitted to our digital marketing consultant and are retained for a period of 3 years following the last login or contact of our Law Firm, whichever is later.

When you make contact, you may submit your message / questions to our team of lawyers so that it may offer you legal support. When this message contains personal data (data (2)), this data is collected and archived for reasons related to the execution of a pre-contract / contract and are given freely by the data subject who wishes to be contacted by our team of lawyers.

These data are intended for the exclusive use of the members of the Law Firm and are not the subject of any transfer outside France. They are essential for us to contact you and therefore condition the response to your request by our team.

These data are kept for archival purposes for a period of 6 months when the Law Firm is not in charge of supporting or defending the interests of the person concerned.
